We are seeking a high-impact Lead Recruitment Specialist to drive talent acquisition strategies within our elite Financial Services division. In this pivotal role, you will navigate the complexities of the modern fiscal landscape to identify and secure top-tier professionals who drive institutional success. You will act as a strategic consultant, blending deep industry intelligence with a human-centric approach to build resilient, high-performing teams.

In this role, you will:

Execute end-to-end executive search functions for niche roles in investment banking, fintech, and asset management.
Develop sophisticated sourcing methodologies to engage passive candidates within highly competitive global markets.
Partner with C-suite stakeholders to align talent pipelines with long-term organizational growth and regulatory requirements.
Analyze market compensation trends and competitor movements to ensure a superior employer value proposition.
Mentor junior recruiters while refining internal hiring protocols to enhance diversity and candidate experience.
Leverage advanced data analytics to forecast future hiring needs and optimize recruitment spend.
