Position: Associate Technical Helpdesk Analyst
We are looking for a proactive Associate Technical Helpdesk Analyst to serve as the frontline of our digital operations. In this role, you will provide essential technical support, ensuring our team remains productive and our systems stay resilient. You will bridge the gap between complex technical challenges and user-friendly solutions, maintaining a high standard of service excellence in a fast-paced environment.
Your core responsibilities include:

Resolving hardware, software, and network inquiries through methodical troubleshooting and diagnostic tools.

Managing the end-to-end lifecycle of support tickets to ensure timely resolution and user satisfaction.

Provisioning and configuring workstations and mobile devices according to company security protocols.

Creating and maintaining clear technical documentation to empower users with self-service resources.

Collaborating with senior engineering teams to escalate and resolve systemic infrastructure bottlenecks.

Monitoring system health alerts to preemptively address potential outages before they impact the business.
