You will be responsible for defining the beverage identity of our 541-room property, ensuring our bars remain the city’s top choice for sophisticated hospitality and innovative craft cocktails.
Core Responsibilities

Mixology Leadership: Curate seasonal menus using modern techniques and premium ingredients to deliver world-class beverage experiences.

Operational Excellence: Manage high-volume inventory, procurement, and cost controls to maximize profitability without compromising luxury standards.

Team Development: Mentor and train bartenders in spirit knowledge, service etiquette, and precise drink presentation.
Key Requirements

Experience: Minimum of 5 years in high-end cocktail lounges or luxury hotels with a deep knowledge of global spirits and wines.

Creativity: A passion for crafting signature cocktails and staying ahead of international industry trends and techniques.

Management: Strong leadership skills and the ability to maintain rigorous health, safety, and responsible alcohol service standards.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate holds a certification in Mixology or Hospitality Management. We are looking for a guest-centric leader with excellent communication skills who can build strong relationships with both international travelers and premium beverage suppliers.
